2002.7— 内蒙古大学 电子系副教授 主要从事无线通信理论研究与实现工作，研究兴趣主要集中在多天线技术、OFDM技术、无线资源分配与调度方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目、内蒙古自然科学基金项目、内蒙古自治区高等学校科学研究项目、内蒙古大学高层次人才科研启动项目各1项，参与了国家863项目、国家自然科学基金项目、内蒙古自然科学基金项目等项目。申请专利4项，发表学术论文20余篇。
