：⑴病原生物致瘤机制研究：以幽门螺杆菌为代表，寻找致瘤病原体的关键致病基因，研究致瘤病原体对宿主肿瘤发生关键基因的调控作用和机制，从病原体与宿主两方面研究感染致瘤机制；⑵致瘤相关的炎症调节网络研究：研究慢性炎症调节网络诱发细胞增殖及恶性演变的作用机制；探讨慢性炎症介导免疫失衡及信号传导异常对肿瘤发生的作用；⑶炎症介导的细胞周期与骨架蛋白异常与肿瘤发生的关系：利用细胞生物学与分子生物学技术，研究细胞周期调节蛋白及细胞骨架蛋白异常对肿瘤生长、发生和转移的影响；⑷炎症致瘤的表观遗传学研究：研究慢性炎症诱发的表观遗传学变化与肿瘤发生的关系。（该方向在山东大学医学院病原生物学专业招收博士生）
